Flumequine 20% Liquid Solution
Specific indications for poultry are: - respiratory tract infections caused by Pasteurella multocida; - enteritis caused by E. coli and Salmonella spp.
Flumequine: 200 g/L
In poultry: 12 mg of flumequine per kg of bodyweight per day for 5 days orally. The amount of drinking water consumed by animals depends on their physiological and clinical condition. To obtain the recommended dose, the concentration of flumequine should be adjusted accordingly
For chicken is 7 days. Eggs: In the absence of waiting times for eggs, do not use in species producing eggs for human consumption, 4 weeks before the start of laying and during it.
Store in a cool & dry place (≤ 25℃). Strictly avoid direct sunlight & heat exposure.
SHELF LIFE : 24 months from date of manufacture. After first opening of container, please keep air tight and use within 3 months. Finish treatment within 12 hours after mixing or dilution.
Special precautions for use in animals: The use of quinolones should be based on susceptibility testing whenever possible, and should take into account government policies and local use of antibiotics. The use of quinolones beyond the recommendations of the SPC may increase the prevalence of bacteria resistant to quinolones and may decrease the effectiveness of treatment with other (fluoro) quinolones in view of possible cross-resistance. Keep out of reach of children.
Any unused veterinary product or waste materials derived from such veterinary medicinal products should be disposed of an accordance with local requirements
